&lt;P&gt;Make sure to change your User ID by logging onto Arlo through the app or web client. Then go to Settings &amp;gt; Profile &amp;gt; Edit (on upper-right corner). You can edit your email address from there to make sure you can gain access to your camera.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Camera is not working; email address not working so no access</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have two cameras set up round my house my email address is not working any more so I deleted the email address and put in a new one which hasn’t been allowed access .&lt;/P&gt;</description>
