Upgrade Account but still on basic

i just added my credit card to upgrade the account...

looks like the credit card was addedd but the account is still on basic...

i tried that again because i thought i did something wrong... but stil got the same thing.

how long it takes to charge the credit card and update the account from basic to pro ?

also... if i did that twice.... will i be charged twice too???

very complicated.... 😞

Did you complete the subscription flow?

If you do not see a charge on your statement then the subscription flow was not completed. Try again and check to see if you receive a receipt after you've completed the entire process.

i decided not to upgrade my account and to leave it as BASIC.

also i didnt find any place where i can remove my credit card.

can you please guide me on where i can remove my credit card information?
