Camera Infra red night vision not working

Howdy. One of my arlo camera doesn’t seem to be displaying properly in night vision, the vision is all grey and washed out.. I put a second camera beside it and the vision is noticeable clearer. Tells me something is wrong with the Camera. Any ideas on a resolution?

Based on the muted "dots" I see in the image, it appears that something is coating the lens. Have you tried cleaning it?
