topic Record time setting not saving through Android, iPhone, or Web in Arlo Pro

Just setup my new cameras yesterday. Immediately did the firmware updates on the base station first, then all 4 cameras. All day today I was getting alerts and when I watch them, the beginning of the motion was not there, and the recording stopped after 10 seconds. After researching, I was able to adjust the motion sensitivity, but when I try to remove the 10 second time limit and have the cameras record for what ever period it senses motion, that setting will not save. I select the option, click "Save", then click "Save" again, but it will not take.
I have tried on my Android phone app, my wife's iPhone app, IE11, Google Chrome, & Android Internet Browser.
I'm getting frustrated. Please help.

Crazily, on the web interface, after you change the manual recording time "Record for a fixed length of time" to the time you want, you have to click "Back" and then scroll down to the bottom and click "Save".

Have you tried the "Record until activity stops (up to 300s)" function?
