Android App not finding arlo devices

Using the Arlo Addroid app. The app cannot find any devices when trying to "Discovering your device".

My wife, however, can receive and see broadcast from the two cameras setup on the system.

The system is already set up - you can't discover it twice. Have you wife use Settings, Grant Access to your email address. Follow the emailed directions carefully and you can login with your own credentials.
