      <description>&lt;P&gt;For the first 6 months my batteries on all four camaras worked fine.&amp;nbsp; After that initial charge they only last 2-3 weeks on a charge!&amp;nbsp; I have called customer service no less than 4 times...they have dragged me along doing the same troubleshooting.&amp;nbsp; What does it take for Arlo to stand up to its products and provide replacement if it is defective, which it clear is?&amp;nbsp; Between taking cameras down, charging and time with customer service I have spend more than 6 hours on this issue of my cameras not holding a charge and still dont have an acceptable response.&amp;nbsp; One battery is being sent to me as replacement...apparently now I will have to call again (each call ends up being at least 45 minutes) to beg for the remaining three replacment batteries.&amp;nbsp; Shameful.&amp;nbsp; Does anyone have the authority to help me with my problem???&lt;/P&gt;</description>
