    <description>Same problem &lt;BR /&gt;But all 3 lights green on base a middle one blinks so it communicates with the internet. But the app does not find any devices. &lt;BR /&gt;Why do I have another WiFi  netgear 78 and what’s password for that. &lt;BR /&gt;So far this box is worthless&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That sounds like your system is already set up. If so, you can't discover the base since it's already claimed. Do you have anything shown in Settings, My Devices?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is this a used or refurbished system? It could be that the base has already been claimed by a previous owner which is why you can't claim it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
