While I can't be sure (there's nothing moving out there), it appears that tapping the existing snapshot will refresh the image - at least there's a brief message during the apparent refresh. This is on Android.

I recently moved my camera from front door to the backyard. Now while creating a new activity zone the camera shows the snapshot from the previous location. So far I have not found a way to refresh the snapshot hence not able to set the activity zone accurately. This is a paid feature but looks like Arlo broke it with the recent update. Any idea how I can get around this issue?

Yeah, I tried that too but it didn't work. Thanks for the suggestion though.

There was supposed to be a Snapshot button under Video Settings in Android App which is missing. Once I logged in using from my computer and navigated to Video Settings, the snapshot immediately got updated and also showed the Snapshot button. Thanks for the sugestion.
