New update on Arlo can not get the motion on cameras, have sound can get on cell phone but not ipad

Having trouble with our iPad iPhone’s work just fine both our Apple products iPad very delayed no motion when cars go down Road and trees blow I can hear it but cannot see no movement my friend has same system does very same thing ever since update this is what we’ve had trouble with it used to work just fine before update

Yes I’ve tried that works just fine on iPhone iPad hear everything but nothing moves I don’t get it worked just fine before update

Have you tried to remove & re-install the battery with the camera that is giving you the issue?
