    <description>&lt;P&gt;One of my cameras has shown firmware updating for over a week. Can't do anything online. On mobile I can turn it off and on but it still shows being updated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Firstly, power cycle your base. Then remove the battery/batteries from your camera and reinsert them. If that doesn't work, try re-syncing the faulty camera. I had this problem with one of my cameras after a firmware update. It took a couple of tries, but I finally got it to work.&lt;/P&gt;
