Are you able to refresh the login screen and successfully log in? Can you provide a screenshot of the error?

BTW I do not use IFTTT, I am using Stringify.

Force close the app and reopen, are you still seeing the same issue?

That didn’t do it..........what eventually worked was refreshing “things” within the Stringify app. Problem seems to happen when app hasn’t been used for an extended amount of time.

Didn't fix my problem. I'm using fingerprint recognition. Works with other apps.

Hey @KawBoy,

Have you tried to log out, uninstall the app, restart your phone, and reinstall the app to see if that fixes the issue?

When my token ran out on Arlo (disabling fingerprint recognition), I logged in manually to verify who I was.
