Change battery when first set is over? Or replace all batteries?

Have a question on battery life..on arlo pro cameras.. when batteries finish is that the first set then second set kicks in or do I have to replace them on each camera?

The Arlo Pro camera's have rechargeable batteries. Are you asking about the original Arlo camera's where you have to replace batteries? If you have the arlo pro take the camera down and plug in the charging cable to charge the battery, if you have a charging pod remove the battery from the camera and charge it in the charger then replace into camera.

If you mean on the Arlo cameras ( that use 4 batteries )... replace all 4.

they are all used ( 2 pairs in parallel ) till depleted
