My Battery Won't Charge

Tried to charge my battery tonight........ no luck. Using my arlo charging cord with my Arlo Pro camera.

Camera and battery act act like nothing is happening...... have removed the battery, removed the device, changed plugs, etc

My frustration continues...........

First see if the camera work on the ac adapter without battery.

If it does, install battery, wait to see if it charges, if not pull and wait a few mins and reinstall... do this 6x

Sometime the voltage gets to low to charge and must be bumped up so it will and when first plugged in it will get a small charge each time till regular charging occurs

If NG with just power cord, contact Arlo Support

Does the blue light blink when the batteries are charging correctly?

It has in the past but is not right now......... with or without batteries. Nothing happens

Thanks for the follow up...... none of that worked so I will file a ticket.
