Not getting sound notifications from iPhone 7

I was getting sound notifications then it stopped when I triggered my camera to record when security light goes on. I have an iphone7 and also just updated latest iOS 12.0.1 (May just be a coincidence??). Pleas help! Just got cameras and security light and have been consumed with getting it set up for 2 days and now this.

there have been some issue with the new OS ( 12x ) working properly with Arlo... contact Arlo Support and let them know the issue... they can't fix it if it's unknown

Hey @Gsanders1205,

Try to toggle the sounds notification through your iPhone (Settings > Notifications > Arlo). If that doesn't fix it, try to uninstall the app, restart your iPhone, and reinstall the app.
