Arlo Pro is not charging

I have had these cameras just 7 months now, and one of them is not charging. It is in an enclosed porch, and it does record often, as there is motion on and off all day. Do these batteries only last a few months? I have had to charge it about 8 times since we got the units........For the price of these things, they should last a good while, especially with Lithium batteries!........ I am using the Arlo charger, and wire, and I checked them with my phone, and it charges my phone just fine.

I am getting nothing.....no warning, It just tells me time to recharge. No lights on camera, nadda.......

Is it possible the lithium battery is just dead....reads 15% on my phone.....

Not likely that it's dead.
