Arlo Pro Camera Metal Screw Housing Detached

Has anyone's metal screw housing come off from installation? Bought my unit less than a year ago. Glue is useless as the housing come snap off as soon as i try tighten it on to the mount.

This unit is now useless to me as I can't mount it outdoor any more. 😞

I am trying to get in touch with support, but i guess i need to wait until the morning.

First time I've seen this...If warranty isn't in the works you may have to use a form of 2 part epoxy to make it stay

( like JB Weld )

( screw a 1/4- 20 bolt into the threads so the epoxy doesn't gett into the threads when setting up )

Could you swap the camera with another that could use the magnetic mount?

I want to provide an update to the current situation. I reached out to the support online, and they agreed to RMA the unit (this is bought less than a year ago). Thanks for all the suggestions thus far!
