Arlo Geofencing Not Working

My vms3230c Geofencing does not work and there is no apostrophe in the phone name. Nor does my Moto z allow me to change the name. I don't like that Geo isn't recording activity once I leave the area. Help!

Hey @Txa791,

Could you clarify about your name for your phone? What Android version is your Moto Z running? Some mobile devices have battery optimization settings that closes or puts app to sleep after they have been idle for a period of time. Check your phone's setting and make sure an exception is made for Arlo if you are running battery saving settings.

What I mean about my phone name is that someone mentioned in a prior post that the phone name was causing the same problem I am having. The tech suggested that we change our phone names so something with no special characters. Anyways I will check the battery saving settings.
