      <description>&lt;P&gt;I see there is a ‘fix” for ARLO PRO fast battery drain on SEPT 26..when I go to my acct and try to update my firmware , it says “no update available “ BUT my firmware numbers do NOT match the new firmware update in the announcement of a fix????? HELP???PLZ?? My husband is about ready to throw in the towel on these cameras...Kathleen&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try restarting your base. If you don't get a prompt to update, reinsert the camera battery. If THAT doesn't work, remove the camera from Settings, My Devices and resync.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can restart the base remotely (Settings, My Devices, your base, Restart).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
