Sounds like a FLASH issue.... make sure the flash is on as the new browser toggle it off as default.

And/Or try Fire Fox / Chrome

What browser are you using? I ask because Microsoft recently updated Edge and IE and that update broke / exposed a bug on the Arlo website when trying to play back videos using Edge or IE.

Until Arlo fixes their website or Microsoft works with them to resolve the issue you can either use another browser like Chrome or FireFox or in Edge.......

Go into your library, click the 3 dots on the video you want to watch, chose share, choose copy link, open a new tab in Edge, in the new tab right click in the address bar and choose Paste and Go.

You can now view your video in Edge.
