Trying to help someone over the phone enroll their base station and sign up a new account. After finding the base station and entering all information needed for a new account, they are getting the error message "Access token is invalid." We have tried closing the app, starting over with a different email address, and same issue every time. They are using an iPhone 6s and just downloaded the app today. I've done a ton of these and never run into this error message.

Try using a browser to get past this. No explanation for the app issue.
