Try to power cycle your base station to see if that will fix the problem for you. You can read here more about how to troubleshoot your Arlo Base Station: Arlo Support My Arlo base station is offline; how can I troubleshoot it?

My Aro base station keeps getting offline every few days. All the lights are glowing and the network is just working fine. And I need to keep resetting it and resync th camera.

It’s a pretty stupid feeling to pay that premium and keep doing this over and over again. It’s like I might not even realise that on a day when the camera captures an alarming event, the base station might be sitting offline.
