I have had my 4 cameras for approx 1,5 years. I loved them so much 2 family members purchased and I hooked them up. Now I charge them and within 2 weeks they need to be charged? I'm very disappointed that this is happening. Paying over 600 I thought they would last at least 5 years!! Do I have to now purchase replacement batteries? And how much are they? I purchased the rechargeable batteries to avoid buying batteries and this is the product I paid for? I even bought your stock a few months ago because I was so pleased with product!! What is going on here??!!

There is nothing wrong with your batteries. There are a dozen or more threads in this forum on this issue with 1500+ replies. There is currently an issue for some people causing excessive battery drain. Arlo is aware and is testing the fix now.
