topic Arlo Pro Camera Sync Button Is Not Working in Arlo Pro

Already spent a couple hours on this between Arlo chat support and trying to figure it out on my own. Here's my last ditch effort to reach out to the community...
My Arlo pro stopped working a few days ago. We have it mounted outside and keep it plugged in so we don't have to charge the battery. I brought it in today to re-sync to the base station, but I'm not getting any flashing blue lights.
The camera itself is warm to the touch and when I plug it into the wall, it lights blue for a second. Sometimes the blue light will even come on and stay lit for a longer period.
Chat support had me reset the base (twice) but that didn't help. It appears to specifically be the sync button on the camera that's failed. I have older wire-free cameras that I was able to easily sync to the base, but they don't have the mic and require battery replacement every 4 days, so that's why we switched to the Arlo Pro and need to get this one fixed. Our Pro is just under a year old.

Any advice? Also kinda just posting as a PSA in case anyone else had this problem around the 1 year mark. Very frustrating!!

Continue to use your open case for a possible RMA. It does sound like a bad camera and that's the only way to get a replacement through the warranty.
