Iphone & Offline Camera Temporary Work Around

Two of my eight cameras are shown as offline more often than not in the iphone app, but appear as online when accessing from a computer via the web. As a temp workaround, when i first open the app and am waiting during the "getting status..." stage, I scroll to the two cameras that are constantly reported as offline. When the app finally loads camera status, those two will appear online. Unfortunately, when i scroll away to view other cameras and come back to the two problem cameras, they appear as offline again. I have to close and reopen the app to see them live again, but at least its something.

The Arlo development team is currently investigating this issue. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information to share with the community.
