Alro Pro Camera Too Bright

bought a set of 3 Arlo Pro Cameras from Costco, and used them for approximately 4 months now. one of the cameras became so bright and you could not identify anything. I have tried to remove the battery and change the setting, however, none of them had worked. is there anything else I should trying before bringing them back to Costco?

Use live view o the camera and click on the "sun" icon. Adjust the brightness and be sure to save the setting. You'll have to refresh the live view to see the difference.
