      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why is the microphone grayed out for granted access users? Please allow the microphone to be used by the granted access user. Here is a scenario; I use the master account, but my wife is home alone and she uses the granted access account. How is she supposed to talk to the person who rang the doorbell via the microphone when it is grayed out? This seems like it’s a product limitation that could easily be fixed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
