    <description>&lt;P&gt;My mom's arlo system stopped recording.&amp;nbsp; Could this be a download software issue?&amp;nbsp; I have seen many others having the same trouble.&amp;nbsp; What has happened?&amp;nbsp; I need to get her system back up and working she is elderly and needs the protection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Check what mode it's in. Maybe she accidentally changed the mode to Disarmed&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;What is the system saying? there is a possibility the internet went down for a period of time, Interference. If you have anymore information regarding the event we can try and narrow this down.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My mom's arlo system has stopped working since mid July.&amp;nbsp; I know that her system was rebooted and cameras re-synced.&amp;nbsp; There are no recordings since July.&amp;nbsp; Her cameras are armed and set correctly.&amp;nbsp; She has had this system for a few years. Please help since she lives alone and this is our way to keep track of her.&amp;nbsp; thanks,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are the running men for each camera in the Devices tab black or gray? Gray means disarmed - use the Mode tab to check to see what mode is selected. At the very least, Armed should work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
