Audio triggering Arlo Pro

Hello we have 6 Arlo Pro cameras. 2 indoor ones I wanted to trigger recording with audio and motion. The audio doesn’t seem to trigger a recording unless it’s at 5 sensitivity and then it seems to record for the full 5 minutes and start again so it records all the time. I tried level 4 sensitivity but that doesn’t seem to trigger any or only very few recordings. Is this normal ? Is it possible I am doing something wrong ?

Mine is on 3. So when my dog barks it triggers all cameras outside too. On 5 it triggers if he walks across tile floor. Could be something wrong with it

I have mine set to 1 as the wind triggers them even on 1 and if it's really windy I have to turn them off. I wish the motion detection worked this well!
