I used the first FREE month and then, on the second month I got charged twice for my service. Instead of paying $9.99 once, they charged it twice. Was the first month supposed to be free?
Also, what is wrong with the live chat?! It is never available!

Are the charges showing up as pending on your credit card statement or have both charges resolved?

Both payments appear as resolved.
