Even 15 feet can be an issue depending on obstructions between the camera and base, house construction or even nearby 2.4GHz devices such as cordless phones, etc.

A quick test would be to swap cameras to see if it's the camera or location.

Added a second pro to my base. The video quality is significantly worse. I’ve tried re syncing and have it set on best quality. Thought at first maybe with two cameras on my netgear WiFi iwould cause it, but even after turning off the first camera it still is bad.

Any suggestions? Its located almost exactly the same distance from base as first one. Less than 15 feet! Any help would be appreciated. If this can’t improve will have to return.

Thanks

Verify that the plastic "shield" has been removed from the front of the camera in question. If that's not the issue, swap at the store or open a case with support here.
