I was told that arlo does not have support for push to talk on this device, but it support this function before.

Push to Talk is supported on the Arlo Pro (vmc4030). Take a look here for more information on how this works: What is the push-to-talk feature on my Arlo camera and how does it work?

Thank you very much for the advice.I have try it again as you told, but still cannot use the microphone function,it appeared again"arlo does not have support for push to talk on this device"

If you're using the app, try reinstalling it and accept all permissions.
