Pull battery to reset the camera and retest the night vision....

Use a screw on mount, any normal camera mount will work, its a standard 1/4-20 thread

Hello,

I recently added an Arlo pro camera to the fence in my yard, and unfortunately it happened to be exactly where foxes like to climb. I was able to get some cool videos of them, but unfortunately one knocked the camera off the mount. The lens is scratched, and while it still works fine in the day, night vision no longer works.

When the camera detects motion at night, the LED flashes on and off and the video alternated between a visible picture and a completely white screen. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

thanks

Thanks for the reply. I did try this, but unfortunately it didn't work. I also tried removing the camera from the base station and re-adding it, but the problem persists. Anything else I can try?
