Clip Recording length

the clips are 10 seconds. How do I increase the length of time for the clips? I just purchased this system instead of Blink however I now see that you have only 10 second clips and Blink offers 60 second clips. I need to know if I can extend this 10 second clip if not I need to return the unit.

yes u can

go to Mode youy using

click > to edit

pick Camera

Record Video , edit >

Change the time on slider bar

Hit the Back button

Scroll all the way down to the bottom of page

Hit Save

I don't see any option to change recording time. The screenshot shows all I see.

Go to Mode

Click on Add Mode

Give it name

Click next

Pick your camera

Click next

Select trigger

Click next

Adust sensitivity

Click next

Select camera again

Click next

Click the right arrow next to the Record Video

Adjust your time.

Click Save

Repeat for reset of cameras

I tried that as well. It's like the record length and notification options disappear completely. When they reappear the slider is greeted out. I'm going to reset everything when I get home.

it will be there after you save too.

Click on the right arrow next to the new Mode name

Click Edit for the camera rule

Click on the right arrow next to Motion is detected.

time slection is there

It's gone on mine too. And one of my modes won't record at all anymore.

What devices are you using and what OS? Have you tried a browser, too?

Try the web browser, there must be a bug in the iOS version. I did notice some issues since the last update
