When i try to select live video, i get a notice to update Adobe Flash. I select allow, but nothing happens.

Has been ongoing for a while.

I assume you're using a browser - which one? Have you tried another? Have you read the instructions for various browsers to allow Flash to work for at least https://arlo.netgear.com?

I'm using internet exployer. Where are the instructions on using a different one?

Exployer had been working well before.
