      <title>account cannot be found</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have a&amp;nbsp;vms3130-100nas camera.&amp;nbsp; Bought it February 2018.&amp;nbsp; Registered it with netgear.com and have been getting alerts ever since up until June 19 2018.&amp;nbsp; After that, no alerts.&amp;nbsp; Tried to log in tonight (June 27 2018) to investigate.&amp;nbsp; Can't log in.&amp;nbsp; Chose "Forget Password" feature.&amp;nbsp; Website says "Account not found."&amp;nbsp; Went to the forum website and chose "Forgot Password" feature and reset account that way, but when I log back into the regular web site (not the found), it says I don't have any devices associated with my account.&amp;nbsp; I clearly do because I have emails of alerts etc to prove it!&amp;nbsp; Please help.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
