I bought this 4-camera indoor/outdoor camera in 11/26/2017. Only needed 3 cameras at that time, final decided to put the fouth camera up but the battery shows it was totally drained. No problem, just charge it. Left it on overnight, still show 0%, tried to charged it with another camera, after 24 hours, still showed 0%. Used both those cameras to charge the batteries that were currently being used and it was not a problem charging. Fourth camera was fine also when inserted one of the other batteries. So, it seems it is only this camera battery.

I am unable to contact suppot. The live chat cannot not find an agent, it just keeps spinning. What else besides calling can I do? I cannot stay on the line waiting for help for hours. Any sugestions? Thanks

I am having the same problem. I have 4 cameras that worked great for a year then after the may update I’ve lost two cameras that can’t connect even in the same room as the base and the other two burn batteries in a couple of days. I can’t connect to chat and after multiple calls on hold one for 1.5 hours I get disconnected with a “tenichinal difficulties” message. When will the firmware be fixed and when will customer support actually work?

The engineering team is aware of an issue that is causing battery drain for some users. We hope to have a fix available very soon.
