Adding a Second Email Notification

I have already searched the forum and the answer I found is outdated at this point. When I first setup my Arlo system I was able to setup 2 different email notifications which worked for the first few days. Now I only get one email notified. I checked the settings and saw that the 2nd email was no longer there. I added it again and hit "SAVE" When I go back and re-check it, it's gone again. What am I doing wrong (if anything)?
