topic Arlo Pro two-way audio question in Arlo Pro

Hi,

I am attempting to install and set up an Arlo Pro system for my father-in-law's small business. The previous system had a monitor that would have consistent open-audio from the cameras to the monitor. Allowing someone in the back of the business to hear the door alert when opened.

I have been unsuccessful in replicating that feature with the Arlo Pro system. Basically, the goal is for the arlo camera/s to have a constant audio channel that alerts the worker of someone entering the business. Is this an option with the Arlo Pro?

Thanks in advance.

If I understand your need correctly, no, there's no always-on audio froma Pro camera (the Baby camera does have this capability). However, you can trigger a recording and/or alert based on audio which may be all you need. Have you seen that in your modes/ules?

Thanks for the reply, are there any options outside of the baby monitor system that could be added to the Arlo-Pro that would allow for constant open two-way audio?
