Favorite Option Not Working

I have both Arlo Wire-Free and Arlo Pro Wire-Free Cameras. When viewing videos in the Library for any of these cams, the Favorite option is no longer working. This is extremely inconvenient because I must be able to mark certain videos for future reference. When will this bug be fixed?

So you know, I've cleared my Cookies, etc to ensure that this wasn't causing the problem. But when I select "Favorties," it simply disappears and no yellow star appears as it once did.

Just tried this on the web (Chrome on W10) and the Android app. For the web, the star turn yellow, for the app, the star doesn't do anything but the delete trashcan turns gray.

I've not been able to replicate an issue with the favorites feature. What browser/app are you using that is behaving this way?
