Arlo app on Android has to be open

I have a Blackberry Keyone phone that runs the Android operating system.

I have been using the arlo app for probably a year with hit or miss reliability using geofencing.

At this point, the only way geofencing works is if I have the arlo app open on my phone. If it's open, geofencing works reliably. If the app is closed...then geofencing does not work at all.

Any advise?

That's prob the best your going to get... if you cant run it in the background
