Connecting Alro Home Security to another device

I Have Arlo Security system at home.

I was able to connects the system to one only device (iPhone 7). However, I can't connect it to another devices (iPhone x, iPad). How can i fix this problem?

Did you install the app on those devices and use your login credentials? Do you get an error message?
