A this time they/Netgear have no W10 App like the Android/Iphone's to access the ARLO system. I hope they do one because there are tons of W10 devices out in the field. I complained to RING (I do have a Ring Door Bell device) a year ago and they have come thru. A great W10 app. Better than whats available on Android from RING.

Arlo doesn't "use" a PC - you simply use a browser to access https://arlo.netgear.com - all actions are performed through the connected browser.

I use the Edge browser on Windows 10 to view Arlo live video or recorded video and it works great. If you choose to use Edge as your browser be sure to allow flash on the Arlo website mentioned in the previous post.
