Static vue in app

Just set up new arlo pro with 2 cameras. Both cameras show in the app and both will play live view but only one camera shows a static view. What do I need to do to get the other camera to show the static picture in the app? Thank you for any answers.

Power cycle the base. Log out and back into the app. Perhaps reinstall the app. Try a computer browser, too.
