Hello,

There is not an option for my wife’s phone to share it’s location. It’s a iPhone 7 running 11.3. I read a thread on here saying that I should rename the iPhone but it didn’t work. I deleted her off the account and added her again. I created a new account for my self and her. I reset our base station. Evey time it works for me but not for her. I have an iPhone 6s running 11.2.6. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

Have you tried to grant access to the system? This should send her email an invitation to accept and when she accepts, you can grant her access to every device.

Yes I’ve tried it with and without it and both times it doesn’t show up as an option in her settings.
