How do I change the email settings on motion detection?

How do I change the email settings so it doesnt send an email alert every time there is motion detcted? I'm ok with mobile notifications, but the email alerts are blowing up my inbox.

Edit the mode your are using to arm the camera...it's a check box for mail and pushes
