My recording are missing

Hello,

I have a big problem with my cameras.

I have 5 Arlo and 5 Arlo Pro cameras on 2 different accounts and the automatic triggered recordings and manual recording are missing.

The problem started 1 week ago and now is serious since I have many triggers and cant see anything.

I am accesing the account from ios, android and web ... nothing !

No battery change or account setting were modified, the problem started all of a sudden.

Please advise what to do.

Problem solved.

One of the users whom I granted access was deleting the recordings because he wanted to hide what he was doing....

sounds like someone needs the access levels changed 🙂
