What do I need to do to solve this issue? I have 2 camaras with the same issue? thanks

Try and remove and reinsert the battery to reset the camera.

Thank you! Temporary work, but instead of one I have two in red and I have 4 cameras really high, it's not a good solution removing the battery, should have other option to solve it.

If still under warranty I would call support at the bottom of the page here, ask for a replacement ASAP... or if it still within store's return policy where you bought it then replace it with them ASAP.. Else, you're out of luck..
