    <description>My camera won't charge. I've only had it about 7 months. When I plug it in, it has the indicator like it's charging, but when I unplug the charger, the battery is still dead. I have swapped the battery with one from another camera, and it does the same thing. The batteries work in the other cameras, so I think it's an issue with this camera, but not sure how to fix it.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Go to the bottom of this page and click "Contact Support" and open a ticket with support. If you've been through the steps to identify that the battery is fine and it's localised to a single camera, they may RMA your camera and replace it under warranty&lt;/P&gt;</description>
