&lt;P&gt;Adding to jguerdat's response above, some users have had issues completing updates due to poor internet connection. Who is your ISP and what are your download/upload speeds?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The usual troubleshooting scenario is to power cycle the base and open and close the battery door to see if that causes an update. &amp;nbsp;If not, remove the camera from Settings, My Devices and resync. ALso, leave the camera overnight to see if the update occurs automatically.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A low battery can prevent an update from happening, too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
