401 Unauthorized Access

I had two computers that had my arlo account installed. I gave one to daughter. She also knows my email.
Is it possible she could have access to my cameras to be able to watch us?

Only if she knows the password you use for Arlo, too. If in doubt, change the Arlo password.

I can do that but if she has my email can she say she forgot password to have sent to her somehow

Don't forget that you would get the password reset message, too, since it's your email. Changing your email password would prevent her from accessing your email messages.
